It appears to me that industrial food supply, based on Petro fertilizers and glyphosate, is ruining American health and creating greenhouse gas emissions. Natural agriculture absorbs greenhouse gases and provides nutrition conducive to health. Primitive societies don't get cancer or heart disease. I learned this so long ago I can't remember when. The indisputable thought leader of the world on natural agriculture is Vandana Shiva, formerly a theoretical physicist who now has her own cache of organic seeds that are not yet patented by Bill Gates, her sworn enemy . The Washington DC big agriculture lobby is out of control and needs to be stopped, don't you think?
